CBI Assists Sponsors and Lawyers in Due Diligence for Bama Tea’s (6980.HK) IPO
On 28 October 2025, Bama Tea Co., Ltd. (6980.HK, Bama Tea) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of HKD 450 million. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.
Bama Tea is chained specialty store brand for tea leaves in China. The company’s products cover all major tea leaf categories in China, including Oolong tea, dark tea, black tea, green tea, white tea and yellow tea, as well as non-tea-leaf products such as tea ware, tea snacks and tea beverages.
In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, suppliers and customers. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reputation intelligence, reference check and related company search. The due diligence project covered 4 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, the United States and Cayman Island.
