On 28 October 2025, SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (6031.HK, SANY Heavy Industry) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD13.45 billion. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

SANY Heavy Industry is a construction machinery company in China. The company focuses on R&D, manufacturing, sales and services of an extensive portfolio of construction machinery with its products sold in over 150 countries and regions.

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting site visits to the company’s customers and coordinating various parties to participate in remote due diligences. The due diligence project globally covered 9 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Arab Emirates Ghana, Russia and Mexico, etc.
