Beijing UBOX Online Technology Corp is a China-based company mainly engaged in smart retail business. The Company operates in five segments. Unmanned Retail Business Segment includes retail of merchandise such as bottled beverages, snacks, freshly brewed coffee and other beverages through vending machines. Advertising and System Support Services segment mainly includes display screen advertising services, after-payment advertising services, merchandise display advertising services and machine body advertising services. Merchandise Wholesale segment offers merchandise wholesale primarily to merchandise wholesale customers and certain Non-Ubox POS operators. Vending Machine Sales and Leases segment includes sale and lease of vending machine and machine installation and maintenance services.
