YH Entertainment Group is a China-based holding company mainly engaged in artist management business. The Company is also engaged in music intellectual property (IP) production and operation and pan-entertainment business. The artist management business covers the entire artist management industry value chain from artist training, artist operation to artist promotion. The music IP production and operation business is engaged in the operation of original music and third-party authorized music works, including pop, folk, electronic dance music, hip-hop and rock and others. The pan-entertainment business, including business development of virtual artists, licensing of variety shows and sales of artist-related derivatives.
