On 9 July 2025, Lens Technology Co., Ltd. (6613.HK, Lens) successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising a total of approximately HKD 4.77 billion. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

Lens is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, production and sales of protective panels for electronic products with core products include protective panels for mobile phone and other displays. The products are widely applied in smart phones, tablets, laptops, intelligent wearable equipment and digital cameras.

In this IPO project, CBI primarily assisted the sponsor team in conducting due diligence on the company group, its directors, senior management, shareholders, suppliers and customers. In addition to the basic information such as litigation, bankruptcy, winding-up and media records, CBI also assisted the sponsor team in conducting reputation intelligence. The due diligence project globally covered 11 countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, the United States and Mexico.
