On October 24, 2024, Horizon Robotics (9660.HK), successfully listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx), raising approximately HKD 5.055 billion. CBI is honored to participate in the due diligence work for this IPO Project.

Horizon Robotics is leading provider of advanced driver assistance systems (“ADAS”) and autonomous driving (“AD”) solutions for passenger vehicles, empowered by its software and hardware technologies. Their integrated solutions have been selected by 27 OEMs with a total of 42 brands and implemented in over 285 car models. The company is a key enabler for smart vehicle transformation and commercialization within industry.

In this IPO project, the due diligence services provided by CBI mainly cover litigation records of the listing group, its directors and shareholders. The scope of due diligence for the entire project covers various countries and regions, such as China, Hong Kong, the Cayman Islands , France and the United States.
