Mobvoi Inc is a China-based company mainly engaged in artificial intelligence (AI) technology development and smart device sales. The Company operates in two segments. The AI Software Solutions segment is principally engaged in provision of AIGC solutions and AI enterprise solutions with the core of generative AI and voice interaction technologies. The Smart Devices and Other Accessories segment is mainly engaged in the sales of smart devices and related spare parts. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic market.
