  • Assist in conducting due diligence research activities and data analysis.
  • Coordinate and organize research projects according to clients' specifications.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive due diligence reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.
  • Maintain and organize research databases and documentation.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research or coordination role, preferably in the due diligence, audit, or compliance industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in conducting online research and using research tools and databases.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and report preparation.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Cantonese or other languages is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
