Account Service Officer

A DAY OF YOUR LIFE

  • Provide Business-to-Business account servicing and sales support;
  • Understand customer requirements and set service standards;
  • Support for routine sales activities;
  • Coordination with internal departments to complete the sales services;
  • Be a reliable contact point to the customer for effective service;
  • Ad hoc assignments as required.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A degree holder with any disciplines;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service, especially for those who have experience in handling corporate customer and after-sale service will be a definite advantage;
  • Good personality with good communication skills;
  • Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patient, and able to work independently;
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Immediate availability preferred;
    Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Administrator.
