- Responsible for developing and implementing sales distribution plans for key accounts;
- Establish, grow and retain quality customer relationships and portfolios of clients;
- Led and motivated the team to achieve preset sales objectives;
- Perform direct sales and account management functions;
- Interface with clients to understand their business needs and explore service opportunities;
- Liaise with different internal divisions and associate our solutions and services with clients’ requirements;
- Prepare and update quotations for clients;
- Develop and nurture a long-term business relationship with clients and ensure consistent satisfaction;
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- University graduate in Communication, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Business Development or Key Account Sales;
- Experience in a law firm, corporate finance, or due diligence field would be an advantage;
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving skills, analytical power, and an open mind;
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning, and organization skills;
- Multi-tasking ability and self-motivated;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
- Immediate availability is preferred.
